We will pass out awards in front of the shelter house at 6:30, then about 7:00 we'll shift to the pool.  All food will be set up under the pavilion, not the main entrance shelter. Drinks, plates, and forks will be provided, please sign up to bring another food item as a potluck style dinner.  (You may bring your own plates and things if you prefer something a little more sturdy...) We have limited serving utensils, so if you bring one for your item, please label it.  Please take home any leftovers and containers; afterwards everything will be packed up in the shed for the winter.  All family members welcome to play in the water!

Please arrive promptly at 6:45 pm in your team suit and ready for pictures. Pictures will begin promptly at 7:00 pm. Photo forms will be available, and payment will be due at the time of the pictures. Stay tuned here, we will try to post the order form ahead of time for you to preview as soon as we get it from the photographer. (We have contacted a new photographer this year)
